Car park selfie

The midwife came this morning to weigh Esther. She explained that in week two they hope the baby has maintained their weight and not lost anymore. Turns out Esther has put plenty on and is now 8lb5oz! She clearly has her mum and dads appetite.

A trip to work this afternoon to show her off before registering her birth at the local library. She screamed the place down, oblivious to library etiquette. So we went to Tesco cafe hoping to feed her but she fell asleep which I was happy about as it was very open plan and was worried about people staring. We then braved Tesco where she again screamed the place down. It meant leaving our basket with customer services and head back to the car for a feed. The boy went to finish off while I fed her. One hour on and we were still sat in the car feeding Esther, I can see why people formula feed but I am going to persist, I just need to choose better cafes!
