A disappointed set of David Austin roses - beautiful colour, very delicate but not very long living.....

Today, my word is open and this rose is opening.

At work, there is more and more talk of redundancies, cancellation of the project I am working on as well as a lot of unrest. Just trying to keep the team happy at the moment - they are worrying as much as I am. Hopefully, it will all come through ok. Our competitors are in the same position and till the oil price rises and stabilises, work will be questionable.

This evening, I took a new diver in the water for her second lessons - it was good fun to be back in the pool.
