Cake and cursed hat

Went to La Cerise to meet my friend who was teaching me how to seam. As well as cake, coffee and seaming jumpers I also worked hard on a hat that's been somewhat cursed from start to finish.

To regale you of the story would possibly make you bored or incredulous but needless to say, for something so easy, this has been the hardest knitting I've done in a long time.
