Nice day we were all up later I am normally up by 6 having a cuppa before Rocky joins me and Keith is normally last

Not much doing much to day so it means more to do tomorrow

Down the seafront for our usual cup of tea and a nice walk back Rocky tired himself out he is now fast a sleep on his bed
