White Carnation

Today was the funeral of one of my former work colleagues.  I wasn't able to get there due to my back injury but my thoughts have been of him this day.  He was a lovely man and will be missed by many.  Such a pity he never got to experience the delights of retirement.

This white carnation was slowly dropping petals throughout the day, so I decided it was a suitable object to blip.
