35/366 Lewis amd the not so "smart" meter !

35/366  Lewis (Stranger # 6) and the not so smart meter!!  The “Smart” electricity meter had to be replaced as it could not tell the time correctly, replaced by Lewis who is a trainee he has worked for the company for over 2 years in the office but is now training to be an engineer.
