Excellent gig by They Might Be Giants.

The plan was to have the day off to spend in Cambridge before the evening's entertainment. But C had meetings in the morning so the plan changed to spend the afternoon in Cambridge before the E's E. But C couldn't get away very early so the plan changed to arriving in a rather soulless part of Cambridge with a couple of hours to kill before the E-squared.

But had a nice meal in Bella Italia (food better than the rather cheesy decor (although I did like the wall display of Fiat 500 panels)). And I managed to fit in a chilly 10K beforehand.

And the gig was very good. They played a lot of stuff from their release-a-song-every-week-throughout-2015 project but that wasn't a problem as it was all good. They are that rare thing - a 30-year-old band who are making their best stuff now.
