Stairway to .....

Parked in the local multi storey to meet a friend for lunch and had to take a shot of this stairwell which stands alone and amazes me every time I drive past.
It's part of the Huddersfield University £27 million development to rehouse the new Law, Music, Humanities and Media faculties. I imagine they have to build the stairs first to link up to another building, seems odd..
Wonderful facilities for students these days, although they all do end up deep in debt. Best years of your life...
