Cosette?

Ten days after she auditioned, Miss L learned tonight that she has got a place in the cast of a youth production of Les Misérables which will run for ten days at the Fringe in August. Her dream is to play Cosette but, since she was barely old enough to audition, she's delighted even to be in the chorus. Thus ended a somewhat turbulent period, during which she had successful auditions for the same group's "Bugsy Malone" production and another company's production which she'll probably have to give up on now, but not the lead roles she was hoping for - just the chorus [sniff] . And all the time the one production which seemed out of reach [sniff] was "Les Mis". 

Of course life won't be smooth for long, but when is it with girls of that age? She's literally a drama queen!
