My first Apple Tart wot I made myself \o/

OK today I had a photography field trip with my class and then my friends called around and we went up to the Hellfire Clubin the Dublin mountains, but this is way more important; I made my very first apple tart today! Yaaaaay!!!!!

I used a pre-made shortcrust base, some Granny smith apples and drizzled some vanilla extract, brown sugar, butter and honey on top. Very easy to put together and only took 20 mins to bake. :-)

It probably took everyone only 5 minutes to eat, with a fortifying mug of tea :-)
