Is coming out lovely . Hubby's got a bad cold , I thought I to was going to get it , I have been taking First Defence Nasal spray and I think it's working . Sorry my blips are a bit boring as I'm not walking now with Bill. I don't like going out on my own . I will have to try . It's so much easier when someone else says come on let's go .
