Nope.... ain't going out in that!

Doesn't matter how desperate Tosh may be after sleeping in a cosy bed all day, he ain't going out to do his business in weather like that......... and you can't really blame him, he's got standards don't you know!
Might have to get the brolly out, wouldn't be the first time.
