One day shifts

one day of sunshine. I'm sure the sun shines more on a Wednesday.

A sprint session in the pool after work because it's the easiest way round the rest of the swimmers in a wide lane. Probably a little energetic for my self prescribed rest day but I felt better for it.  A quick tea and then a short run to the pub for book group.

Lights out before 10 after that!
