Later (in the extra) Isla indulged in some birdwatching...

Good day at work where sadly the nice person I sat beside in the office is off on maternity leave (but then that's partly why I'm there). A public transport day though, when traffic issues in the city centre lead to it taking an hour and three quarters to get home. A journey which, including changing time, takes less than an hour by bike. Sigh.

2 days to next cross race. Excitement is building!
