Back on track

Tired today. The travels on Monday, Wednesday and yesterday plus that 5 hour meeting.

Life got back on track, however. Yoga in the morning. Good for me, but not easy after missing a week and spending so much time sitting immobile.

Made a good lunch - pasta with prawns, cherry tomatoes and mozzarella.

The weather was back to the usual grey, wet & disgusting by the afternoon. Not any chance for an outdoor Blip, so lunch it was.
