What kind of creature is this?

I took Diva and Nova to the beach this morning and we met this young swan. Nova was just as scared as she is of cats, put her tail among her legs and looked fast over her shoulder. Diva was braver and walked against it, but when the swan blowed itself up and screamed to her,, she sneaked away.
Later today we cleaned the mobile home and delivered it where we bought it. In april we will pick up another one!
