Self Practice

I got a text this morning from my yoga teacher to advise that she was poorly and had to cancel this morning's class.

As I was almost ready to go I thought I should take some photos do some self practice.

I had two photos I liked but choose this one. I then realised I took a very similar shot last year and put it in my blipfolio.

Must have liked this idea last year too!
