On the High Wire

I took this last night whilst out trying to find the cat. (She did finally come to the door a lot later.)

I still have a lot to learn when it comes to taking macros in the dark especially when the subject is moving but I was fascinated watching the way the web extruded from her body (see Extra image) and her hind legs would then delicately transfer it across and attach it to the radial strands.  The only thing I didn't realise was the mozzies were attacking my feet!
