It's days like today that I love my job.

Tell five Chinese middle schoolers we are going to build a hotel and I get a hotel complete with a Chinese restaurant, KFC, zoo, and a restaurant called "Couch Potato" where you can sit on couches and eat potatoes.

I've had these students for the past five months and while some days can be challenging because they usually start to tune me out if I try to get them to do anything from their textbook, it's days like today that make me love working with middle schoolers.
