Lemon curd

Started off getting wet today,should have known it would rain, it was school sports day! Had bought a bag of lemons at the weekend, so as I obviously wasn't going to get out in the garden, set to on making lemon curd and lemon squares. Husband should be pleased!
It did turn out better this afternoon and the school sports is to be on Thursday. Weather warning expect rain Thursday!!
