Quayside Edinburgh

A quick dash down to Edinburgh today to see our eldest and his kids . We managed a walk along the canal near where they stay - very very cold and drab with slate grey skies - hopefully the sun will come out soon. There was a welcome splash of colour provided by these houseboats moored near some expensive looking apartment buildings . I think I am developing a theme here .
