Two good finds

I went outside this morning to cut some rosemary to go with our lunchtime roast lamb and I discovered these anemone blanda in flower. They catch me by surprise every year - they seem to come from nowhere. They look very shy, obviously not keen to announce their arrival.
My second find of the day was at the back of a shelf in the larder. It was a very small Christmas pudding, just right for two, and after just one minute in the microwave it finished off our lunch very nicely. We often have lurking Christmas puddings because our family don't enjoy them and they get forgotten.
