I was a tiny bit hungover after my day at the rugby yesterday, and the weather was grotty.

So I made myself useful in the kitchen.

Leak & Curried Parsnip soup - Done!
Lemon Drizzle Cake - Done!
Red Berry & Pineapple Smoothy - Done!

At least I can watch the football & superbowl now without feeling guilty.
