O Frabjous sunrise!

As the sky foretold, the orange light did not last.

A day finding out how maths teaching in primary schools works under the new National Curriculum. I just hope that children have the time to find out what fun numbers are in between rote chanting of tables. And I hope that teachers have the stamina to show them.

This blip is the 239th prime. 239 is also, pleasingly, a prime. I prefer primes to numbers with zeros at the end and I did, for a while, consider ending my journal with this number. But since I have to stick around for blipfuture I guess I'll be back tomorrow.
