My old negatives.....

Todays blip is absolutely not from today. It´s a scanned negative from mid-90´s. I was the local chief of police. Some days when bureaucracy made my head spin - happened frequently - I took the camera and went down to the backyards of my district. I had a good relation to the people there, they had no problems with me and my camera. Today the same area is torned and a huge building-complex is built. As a fact - today I live there.....
