Easy and Tasty from the electric stove

The cooking history from yesterday continue. This handy manual is for the new electric stove bought in the early 60s. The stove is from Ankarsrum Bruk AB with a long history in cast iron production.

Electrolux bought the company in 1968 and the stove production continue in Huskvarna.

I Like the graphic view in this manual and there is a lot of recipe specific for this electric stove and some new introductions like Hamburgers.

My mother has stored a lot of other recipes in this book which she has cut out and put in between the pages.
