Blizzard Warning

We're in the grip of an intense ocean storm hitting southern New England. Luckily not at full fury, but it's nasty none the less. The warm sun yesterday melted the snow we had on Friday from the tree branches which will help immensely with falling limbs today. Driving visibility is diminishing rapidly and there are concerns of power outages. I made a delicious potato bean soup yesterday, we'll have it for lunch today while we still have power to heat it up. T is working from home, but others in the extended family had to go to work, so we're not without worry.

These old maple trees out front have seen countless hurricanes and winter blasts, but I always worry about them, I love them so.

For the Record,
This day came in with wind driven snow.

All hands healing

All are home safe and sound, we have shoveled, it's still snowing and the Subie/AKA Ice Bear is great in the snow.
