Calamondin EB

Today's walk was to be a leaders' test run of a treasure hunt for the Brownies, but was postponed due to storm Imogen. Tonight I had a planning meeting for the district scout trip to Kandersteg, so knowing that wasn't going to provide a blip either, I decided to take a few shots of this Calamondin, which is fruiting plentifully in our conservatory. Its a hybrid of the mandarin orange and the kumquat. It tastes quite sour, so isn't normally eaten fresh but I'm thinking of using the fruits to make marmalade.
