MonoMonday: Pure transition

From boy to man, that's the transition that came to mind looking at these two. Is there anything more complex than us humans growing and transitioning from babies to adults? The Bible says, "we are fearfully and wonderfully made", and so we are. This is grandpa John cuddling with Abel. We hope to play a good and fruitful part in his transitioning to a man.
