EDIT: Now I'm not sure I'm going to be able to convince you here, but the only real way to eat pancakes is slathered with butter, a sprinkle of salt, a dash of malt vinegar and then folded into quarters…..there, I've said it, my dirty secret is out AND I feel all the better for sharing ;-)
