Rose and Dupu

This couple are an amazing team. She is chair of a women's self help cluster representing 200 women in her area of about 5000 subsistence farmers. He is chair of a ninety strong milk producers group. They also run a spectacular farm.
We work in the area, supporting 11 preschools, installing water pumps and supporting a 23 acre co-operative, commercial, model farm, run by 16 women and 6 men.
As you will know we produce seedlings on our farm in Lusangazi, but here we will replicate the process, hoping to produce up to 10,000 citrus seedlings this year.

Rose is happy because we gave her the loan of some watering troughs for her new chickens
