Pancake Day

I only had one to cook for today.  I missed my little Nikki patiently waiting for another masterpiece straight out of the frying pan. I presume she has had to cook her own. 
No disasters.  All tossed pancakes made it safely back into the pan. Feeling adventurous this year. We tried golden syrup, but went back to lemon juice and sugar. Delicious.
