Well my moaning yesterday seemed to work . It's been a glorious warm sunny day. So I took the dog for an extra long walk out to the reclaimed bog walk - just us and the birds, bliss. Did us both good.
Then out for a jumping lesson this eve. Poor Daisy hasn't been ridden for 2 weeks - poor me had to sit tight when the bucking started!! She settled and it was a good night.
