and only one snap today.  This is one of the ditches that run across town from the forest to the Little Colorado river.  Many precautions were taken to avoid flooding after the Bear Wallow wildfire of 2011.  We've not experienced any flooding but the barriers and sandbags are still in place.

       Rather than replace the photo with a square crop version to get rid of the unsightly foreground I added it as an extra.
