Pointless

I've been sat on the sofa for most of the night with the laptop, working. The TV has been off for a while now but my hand keeps wandering over to the remote for absolutely no reason at all.

It makes you realise how much of a slave to technology we can be (and I'm particularly guilty of this).

Must try harder to break the shackles of technology in the future. I'll set a reminder in my phone.
