White-throated Sparrow

This chap - or perhaps lass - was good enough to pose rather prettily atop a container of kindling on the front porch this afternoon. So I promised I'd blip its portrait.

We're anticipating some really really cold weather here tonight and on into the weekend. With the added excitement of maybe snow at the beginning of next week. Be still my heart.
