Maintenance to ground floor corridor please.

Part of ceiling come down due to water damage in ground floor corridor of Premier Inn where we were staying on our wedding night. We looked through the adjacent room door and it was raining inside the room! Met the guy who had been staying in there and it was his first day off after 13 days working poor guy.
