Urban Skyline

I think that the planners must have had a sky like this in mind when they granted permission for this construction. Hard to know exactly what it's all about- a couple of flat roofs, a cantilever to act as a roof for a walkway and a rather strange white object that looks as if it must be part of Liverpool's air missile defence system. There are in fact three more of these, one at each corner.
