Post-run sp

In the evening I had a run. A short one, as I'm not too fit at the moment. Haven't been running much during the last two months. And there aren't nice places to go for a run. The skiing tracks at the central park have melted due to warm temperatures and rain but when the snow was gone ice remained. It's very slippery in the forest now.
