Unexpected sightings

Usual trip into Chester this morning and a visit to my 'go-to' place for blips - the River Dee. I spotted the Goosander first (extra) which was quite exciting as I've never seen one here before.  While I was taking his photo a Great Crested Grebe surfaced right next to me.  I've photographed them before but they are not usually this close :-)
