Keep Fit Kitty

While I was catching up last night's rugby ( Another 2 points in the bag for the Warriors, if not their best performance ever!) I took my step machine in and used it in front of the TV! I got almost half my daily steps done before I left the house!

Once I'd finished Minstrel came over to investigate properly - he'd wanted a go while I was using it! He gets enough exercise tearing around the house like a mad thing, scaling doors and curtains, etc.

I've also had a walk into town to pay a bill and get the rest of my steps. I took some other shots but on the advice of Jae went with this one!
