Park Run no.3

Rafi was keen as ever this morning to do the Clumber Park Run. He just did one lap out of the 2 but knocked 5 minutes off his personal best! Here he is just after he finished, with Bailey (who is a park run pro) who also had a good run and finished a few minutes ahead of Rafi.
