A Sort of Still Life

Not many photos taken today.  I had to put time into my planning for lessons at school.  That is what I'm paid to do.  It meant I wasn't wheel barrow girl for the fire wood team.  After the forester had delivered the load of wood he cut in the morning he spent a bit of time cutting up some slabs of elm wood.  We had the large elm in our garden cut down several years ago.  The trunk was cut into slabs with the idea that we would use the timber for a project.  The project didn't eventuate so today it was delivered as fire wood to Tarawera Times.
There was no blip yesterday because we were at a funeral.  I thought it was a time for looking inward and not through the lens.
Very slowly I'm catching up with journals.
