Tree Cover and Sunlight

As I was leaving work this afternoon; I was rather taken by this scene. It was bright and sunny and the trees were giving a huge amount of cover.

I was a little surprised that by the time I walked to the end of this path, the sky was overcast with black clouds and then less than 10 minutes later it was raining heavily. However it stopped shortly afterwards!

We clearly have the summer weather, so roll on winter! As it happens I like all seasons, wet and dry - hot and cold.
