Happy Valentine's Day
The Beans provenciale are so sweet and soft. Full roasted herbed chicken (sage thyme oregano s&p) is super tender. Warm baby potato salad complements rainbow chard, prochiutto, and white wine dressing.
Cocktail is the French 75, created during WWI in Paris. Champagne, gin, lemon juice and simple syrup.
