Perfect Day

Spent a while standing on the highway and panning the passing cars and trucks.
Whenever I've done this before I've been on my own, so being part of David's photography course made it much easier.
One panner looks like an idiot.
A dozen panners look like they know what they're doing.

A couple of my panning shots were pretty good, but not very interesting.
Before we left the highway I turned and snapped the beautiful park known as 'The Gardens'.
What a perfect day.

Today Australia's population reached 24 million.
