Deep joy on the normally simple and speedy early morning commute. The university in St Andrews havfe commissioned some road works which will last 8 weeks. All traffic to and from St Andrews has been pushed on to even more minor roads. If you were planning a trip to St Andrews between now and April, I woild forget it. Sadly, I have no choice
