Drooping flower....

A visit to the physio to tackle a longstanding neck and shoulder problem has left me feeling a bit battered. I deserve no sympathy mind you - I have neglected my exercises and left it too long, so the necessarily brutal massage was always going to hurt hugely.

Rest and painkillers required, though do need to do some stretching exercises tonight to get the long road back to healing started. Ouch.... :(

This poppy, drooping with the sheer weight & battering of rain it has experienced, seemed to sum things up nicely! Head up....
