Cafe culture

Beverley, for a small town had a huge number of cafes and restaurants, this is the latest one to open. What amuses me is that they all have tables and chairs on the pavements, do they think we are in the south of France, do they not realise it is two degrees and sleeting and their packets of sugar are absolutely sodden!!
