Star fraction

Up way too early this morning to get the 8 o'clock train to London. Megan met her friends at Waverley and we had almost 5 hours of railway joy.

I started on my backlog of technical magazines. Imagine my surprise when I found the end note of the CACM (Communications of the Association of Computing Machinery) was written by Scottish sci-fi author Ken MacLeod. He wrote the Star Fraction trilogy and was a friend of Iain Banks. Go read it!
